On what platform do you design websites?
We are specialized in web design with WordPress. WordPress is open source software that is used to create websites, blogs or apps. He 38% of the web uses WordPress. We also create websites using html templates. Compared to html websites, wordpress websites are relatively easy to manage, especially for someone with no coding skills. However, HTML websites load faster and are more secure.

Do you design the websites from scratch?
No, we bought a premium template, we install it and configure the platform. Then, we customize the template based on the needs of your business with your text, images, videos, colors, etc. All of our websites are adaptive. And according to the package you choose, we can create from one to 20 pages for your website, for example: homepage, services, about your business, Contact, etc.

What is a domain?
A domain is the name of your website. It is the address that Internet users have to enter to access your website.

Is the domain included in the pack?
Yes, domains with the following extensions .with and .is are included. We buy the domain and manage it, but it will be registered in your name because it is your property. If you decide to cancel your subscription with us, we transfer your domain.

What if I already have a contracted domain?
No problem, we can transfer it so that we can manage it (as 1 domain is included in the plan) or you can continue managing it yourself.

In both cases the domain will be contracted in your name and it belongs to you.

What is web hosting?
Web hosting (in English: web hosting) is the service that provides Internet users with a system to store information, images, videos, or any content accessible via the web. Hosting prices are variable and depending on the size of the hard drive, RAM and other resources, etc.

Is accommodation included?
Yes. We offer three categories of accommodation with different resources available. You can see below the details of the different categories and what is included in each pack:

1. accommodation 25: This accommodation is the minimum and is included in all packs, so you don't have to pay anything. Has as resources:

• 25 GB of ssd storage.
• 2 1G MySQL databases.
• Improved CPU and RAM resources.

2. accommodation 100: This accommodation is the average option. If you need it for your project / website you must pay an extra of 10€ /my. Has as resources:

• 100 GB of ssd storage.
• 10 1G MySQL databases.
• Improved CPU and RAM resources.

3. Unlimited hosting: This accommodation is the unlimited option. If you need it for your project / website you must pay an extra of 25€ /my. Has as resources:

• Unlimited ssd storage.
• Unlimited MySQL databases.
• Improved CPU and RAM resources.

Why is maintenance service important?
Having a web maintenance service is very important for your business because your website must be updated and always in perfect condition.. Not only for the image of your business, also for security and performance issues of your website. And from that, we take care of ourselves.

What does the maintenance service include?
WordPress updates, plugin updates, template updates, web backups, security and malware control, fix small problems, etc.

Depending on the selected pack, we create up 20 pages with all the important sections about your business, as: homepage, services, about you or your company, Contact, blog, terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, cookies etc.

Important: We do not make posts for your blog. That you have to do. It is very easy and we will teach you for free how is it done. If you want us to manage your blog, you can hire our blogging service separately.

According to the selected pack, you will have until 10 professional email accounts and 2GB of space with your domain. For example: info@tunegocio.com.

We will create until 10 contact forms depending on the selected pack. Your contact forms will be linked to your email accounts.

We insert the contents of your website pages: texts, images, videos, etc. what happens to us for each section. We do not generate the texts or images that you are going to use for your website. You have to provide us with that.

Important: We do not make posts for your blog. That you have to do. It is very easy and we will teach for free how is it done. If you want us to manage your blog, you can hire our blogging service separately.

We will offer you support and basic training on how to upload the content.

Is there permanence?
Yes, when subscribing in any of the packs, you must pay at least one year. This is to guarantee our time and work invested in your project.

What if I don't want to continue with you and I want to take the web?

If for any reason you do not want to continue with us and want to take the web (something that we very much regret 🙁 ), we give you the possibility for a price, considering the value of the web at the moment and the time you have been with us.

For example, If we calculate that the value of the website is € 1000 and you have been with us for a year, you will pay only € 500 and you take it. Once paid, to we will deliver all the files on the web, databases and emails.

And if you don't want or can't pay, you lose your website with all the files, database and emails. Please, read our terms and conditions well.

Will I have access to the web files and database?
No, will not have access to the web. And in case of discontinuity, see previous section for more information.

If you have decided to start with us, these are the steps we will follow:

• Tell us details about your web project.
• We offer you templates and choose the one that best suits your needs.
• Choose the pack you prefer and buy it.
• We buy the domain of your choice (what will be your property).
• Send us the contents (text, images, videos, etc.) of your website.
